At Miniature Arsenal, we stand behind the exceptional craftsmanship and micro-engineering of our functional scale models. We rigorously inspect every miniature before it leaves our facility. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not meet your expectations or may become damaged in transit.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction while maintaining the strict safety and quality standards required for our live-fire collectibles.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window for our miniature firearms. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

Because our products are highly precise, functional mechanical devices, returns must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unfired Condition: The miniature must be in its original, unused, and unfired condition. We cannot accept returns on miniatures that have been fired or subjected to live ammunition testing by the customer.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original velvet-lined collector’s display case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity, dummy rounds, attachable stocks, and all original accessories. Missing components will result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, legal, and hygienic reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Live Miniature Ammunition: Due to shipping regulations regarding combustible materials, all sales of live miniature ammunition (e.g., 2mm pinfire, centerfire rounds) are final. We cannot accept returns on live ammo under any circumstances.

  • Custom-engraved or personalized miniatures.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our dedicated support team at [sales@Miniaturearsenal.online].

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Provide a brief reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.

  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our facility without an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Masterpieces

We engineer our miniatures to the highest standards, but if your item arrives damaged or mechanically defective right out of the box, we will make it right. Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the defect. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items and immediately dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
